• Conflict Resolution/Team Building - Managers and supervisors will emerge with an increased awareness of issues that commonly arise in a diversified workplace. This program will provide attendees with proven techniques that work to solve conflicts, so that effective teams can be put in place. 6 hours
  
  
• Leadership Skills for the Newly Promoted - Congratulations! Learn how to manage those who were your peers. New managers are given the tools to help prevent common supervisory mistakes and ease conflicts among the newly arranged team. 8 hours
  
  
• Innovative Leadership - (Primer, Core & Advanced for supervisors & managers) Increase your confidence in recognizing the strengths of the people in your team by encouraging diverse opinions to resolve issues. Learn the key differences among teaching, mentoring and coaching that help staff take ownership of their work. 9 hours each part. Can be purchased separately or as a set.
  
  
• Cultural Competency Series – The Evolving Work Environment -An interactive series for managers and supervisors to increase their comfort in working effectively with diverse staff and cultures. This program enhances self-awareness and sensitivity in managing difficult situations and provides tools that support staff engagement and retention. 15 hours
  
  
• Communicating through Cultural Barriers - This course fosters interpersonal skill building, communication, conflict resolution, teamwork and diversity. Improving these skills in a culturally diverse setting helps to ease conflicts and improve relationships with family members of patients.
